Eligibility: Items eligible for return must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Perishable items such as chocolate must be returned within 2 or 3 days of receipt.

Exceptions: Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed items. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
